The wonderfully extensive menu will have you pondering, until the specials are revealed! Soup of the day we visited was Tomato Rice Florentine, not a heavy base ... goes down too quickly! How do you say Mmmm, Mmmm Good?
Had the Appetizer Sampler ($8.95) of 2 clams casino, 2 stuffed mushrooms, 2 shrimp lejon and crab claw fingers....ok but not to write home about. Tuna and Crab cake ($18.95) served over greens with dill mayonnaise was excellent. Tuna was not overcooked. Dill mayonnaise was nice. NY Sirloin with wild mushrooms sautéed onion demi glaze ($18.95) was ordered and served medium. Mushroom/onion mix was fabulous.
Can't wait to go back and try their "Duck du Jour ($18.95), 1/2 semi-boneless oven-crsipy duck served with our Chef's sauce du jour"..or maybe Ray's Corrina Salmon ($17.95)"salmon stuffed with asparagus, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil served over two sauces" geee......makes the mouth water! Dining Diva wants dinner now! :)
